What You’ll Do on the Jobsite:
- As a Roofer and Waterproofer, you will install new roofs on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, using a variety of materials such as asphalt shingles, metal panels, and single-ply membranes.
- You will repair and replace damaged roofs, addressing issues like leaks, missing shingles, and weather-related damage to restore the roof's integrity and extend its lifespan.
- You will apply waterproofing materials to foundations, basements, and other structures to prevent water infiltration and protect against moisture-related issues.
- Install flashing and sealing around roof penetrations and edges, ensuring that areas prone to leaks are properly protected and that the roofing system remains watertight.
- Roofers regularly inspect roofs for signs of wear, damage, or potential leaks, performing necessary maintenance to keep roofing systems in optimal condition.
